Nurturing Selves

Nurturing Selves provides evidence-based and trauma-informed therapeutic services to children aged 12 months-18 years, their parents/caregivers, their families, and adults age 18 to 105. The unique training of our therapists and atmosphere of our center allow therapists to understand a patient’s non-verbal cues and behavior. Thus we are able to relate more effectively with both child and parent/caregiver, or adult to address their problematic thoughts, feelings, or behaviors.
